Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all associated policies published on the taka15 platform:

• "Platform" means the taka15 website accessible at taka15.vip, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any taka15-branded applications made available to users.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the taka15 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the taka15 platform, through which the Player accesses games, places bets, and manages funds.
• "Services" means all products, games, sports betting markets, promotions, customer support, and other features provided by taka15 through the Platform.
• "Funds" means any Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) balance held in a Player's taka15 Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by taka15 to Players, subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which online gaming or sports betting is prohibited by applicable law, or from which taka15 has determined it cannot lawfully accept Players.
• "KY C" / "Know Your Customer" means the identity verification process taka15 may require Players to complete before withdrawing funds or accessing certain platform features, which may include submission of government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.

Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the taka15 platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. taka15 is an adults-only platform. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering an account, accessing any game, or placing any bet on the Platform. taka15 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You are acting as a private individual in your own capacity and not on behalf of a third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• You are not a resident of, and are not accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory.
• You are not a current or former employee of taka15, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, nor any person who has been involved in the development, operation, or maintenance of the Platform.
• You have not previously had an account on taka15 that was suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction, and you are not accessing the Platform during a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion period.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on taka15. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. taka15 may at any time request supporting documentation to verify the information provided during registration. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your taka15 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

taka15 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from taka15 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at support@taka15.vip.

• You must notify taka15 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• taka15 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• You must ensure that you fully log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.
• taka15 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is suspected to have been compromised, pending investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the taka15 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). taka15 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Tap, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed in real time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by taka15, although your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits. taka15 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet or bank may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by taka15's finance team. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods. Card withdrawals may take 1 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

• taka15 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the withdrawal being held pending verification.
• Funds deposited into your taka15 account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any funds that taka15 has reasonable grounds to believe were deposited through fraudulent, unauthorised, or illegal means may be frozen pending investigation and may be returned to the payment source without the Player's consent.
• taka15 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity is detected.

Bonuses & Promotions

taka15 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the promotion is made available. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on the taka15 platform:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible Players once only per household, IP address, device, payment method, and account, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn as real money.
• taka15 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, and to void bonus credits from any account where abuse, fraud, or exploitation of the bonus system is suspected.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game types. Bets placed on excluded games while bonus funds are active may not count towards wagering requirements.
• The maximum stake permitted while playing with an active bonus is subject to the specific terms of each promotion. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum stake during a bonus period may result in the bonus being voided.
• taka15 does not guarantee the availability or continuation of any specific promotion. Seasonal and event-based promotions (for example, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL, BPL) are time-limited and will expire at the dates and times stated in the offer terms.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the taka15 platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant game or betting market:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the taka15 system, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn by the Player. Bets are final upon confirmation.
• taka15 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a technical error, system fault, or manifest pricing error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account in full.
• Maximum win limits apply to all betting markets and game types on taka15. The applicable maximum win for each market or game is displayed within the game interface or betting slip at the time of placing the bet.
• In the event of a dispute concerning the outcome of any bet or game, the records held by taka15's server systems shall be the definitive and final record of all transactions and outcomes.
• For live in-play betting on cricket and other sports markets, taka15 may suspend markets temporarily during key events (e.g., delivery in progress, wicket falling). Any bets placed during a market suspension will be void.
• taka15 does not accept bets from Players who have, or may have, insider knowledge of an event's outcome. Any bet placed on the basis of insider information will be voided.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taka15 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to access or interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or Platform feature. Players who discover a bug or error must report it to support@taka15.vip immediately and must not exploit it.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Providing false personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or any other means designed to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other corruption of sporting events on which taka15 offers betting markets.
• Reselling, transferring, or otherwise commercialising any service, account, or funds on the taka15 Platform.

Responsible Gaming

taka15 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help Players manage their gaming activity and stay in control at all times. These tools are available directly within your account dashboard and include deposit limits, session time alerts, cool-off periods, and full self-exclusion.

taka15 strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by persons under 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. taka15 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend accounts pending the outcome of such verification.

Intellectual Property

All content on the taka15 platform — including but not limited to the taka15 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of taka15 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the taka15 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without prior written consent from taka15.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the taka15 Platform.
• Use the taka15 brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

Game titles and associated intellectual property available on the taka15 Platform (including games by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other studio partners) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. taka15 provides access to these games under licence agreements with the respective studios.

Privacy & Data

taka15 collects, processes, and stores personal data from Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

taka15 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect Player data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure, and taka15 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

taka15 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by applicable law or as necessary to provide the Services (for example, sharing data with payment processors to facilitate transactions).

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taka15 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, taka15 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any specific game or service, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause.
• Any errors in odds, game outcomes, or displayed information resulting from technical faults, provided that taka15 acts promptly to correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from bonus forfeiture.
• Any decision made by taka15 in the exercise of its discretion under these Terms, where such discretion is exercised reasonably and in good faith.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude taka15's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by taka15's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Amendments to These Terms

taka15 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to Players. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the taka15 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to account closure.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which taka15 operates. Any dispute arising between a Player and taka15 that cannot be resolved through our customer support channels will be subject to binding arbitration or the applicable dispute resolution mechanism under the governing law.

Players are encouraged to raise any complaint or dispute in the first instance by contacting the taka15 support team via live chat or at support@taka15.vip. taka15 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, taka15 will provide written notice of the escalation process available to the Player.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
